At Pramila, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your fashion pieces aren't the perfect fit, you can return or exchange them within 30 days of delivery provided they are in original condition with tags attached.

Return Process

  Securely pack the items in their original packaging, ensuring all designer tags and hygiene seals remain intact and untampered.

  Label and Ship

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email, attach it to your parcel, and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

  Quality Check and Refund

  Once our warehouse team inspects the returned items, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
